It felt like I had just stepped out of the plane in Nepal and that I was in a restaurant on a trek to Everest Base camp. The food here is so authentic and they do a lot to help the Sherpa communities in Nepal. Come here if you want a very unique dining experience and some great food. Get the garlic naan and the Chicken Tandoori Sizzler

Himalayan cuisine in a cozy restaurant covered in authentic Nepal souvenirs and decor. Started with the garlic Naan which was super yummy. I couldn’t decide what to try so I opted for the Appetizer Platter to get a little bit of this and that. Included: Vegetable Samosa, Paneer Pakora, Salmon Pakora, plain naan and 2 chicken momo. Cool experience and authentic taste. Photo Cred: @midwest.munchies (IG)

Outside Denver in Golden CO this place is super authentic and tasty. Chicken Tikka Masala is on point but only get the spicy level if you dare. Call ahead to be safe if in a big group.

20 mins from downtown Denver. Big fan of the dumplings and chicken masala...note spicy = spicy. Very friendly staff.

Hoping my followers know how much I love Himalayan cuisine by now. This place rules, plus they have a bunch of old technical mountaineering equipment on the walls, which hits a soft spot for me.
